From your host dashboard you can easily add new listings, prices, seasonal price offers, media, information and anything else you can think of to best showcase your properties.
The most important part. Rent from your guests is paid into your wallet and you can then withdraw however you wish. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Your listings are available at all times in your host dashboard and can be updated and edited whenever you need to. We have easy to see layouts for all listings so you can see at a glance how things are doing.
Guests reserve your listings by paying a 25% deposit of the booking amount. This payment is taken by our Stripe secure payment processor and stored in your host wallet ready for you to withdraw.
There is a 3% fee for this which we pass onto our hosts. Unlike other platforms, SVN do not make any money from bookings. We do this because when we want to create a trustworthy website for guests and hosts who simply love Koh Samui.
