Luxury Boutique Villas

SamuiVillaNow looks forward to welcoming you

SamuiVillaNow consists of two luxury boutique villas nestled in a Plai Laem coconut plantation within easy reach of beaches and nightlife.

The owners welcome guests warmly and strive to ensure the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness and service.
The following terms and conditions apply to stays at SamuivillaNow villas and by booking a villa(s) you are entering into an agreement with us.

RESERVATIONS
Online reservation is available. If unable to process your reservation online, you may contact us directly at +66 81-747-4206 or at hello@samuivillanow.com. We are happy to help you and answer any inquiries you may have.

Booking requirements
– Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your credit card information.
– Please note the cancellation policy below before committing to a reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations by the guest:
We understand that life is unpredictable. At the same time, as we are a boutique service, cancellations affect us greatly. When you reserve a villa, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and you enter into an agreement to pay the rate quoted for the number of days for which you reserve it.

Please note the following cancellation policy for our villas:
– For any villa: 7 days notice or less – you will be charged 100% of the price per night/per villa booked.

– For any villa: 7 -30 days notice: 50% charge of the nightly rate/per villa booked

– Above 30 days: 25% non refundable deposit for reservation confirmed over a month

Cancellations by us:
If it is necessary to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. If you wish, we will attempt to book you into another local villa. If the other villa is more expensive than ours, we will pay the difference for the first night of your stay. Our liability will not extend beyond these conditions.

Minimum stay
A three night minimum stay is in effect at all times
Shortened stays
In general, we cannot reimburse you if you choose to shorten your stay with us. However, at our discretion, we may review your case to come to a mutually satisfactory decision. Otherwise the full rate is still chargeable

PAYMENTS
We accept Cash, Debit Card, VISA or MasterCard via our secure Stripe online payment gateway
Prices/Occupancy
Prices are listed on the website in the drop down menu when you choose your booking under villa reservations. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Occupancy is as follows:
– The Villas: Can accommodate up to 6 people, including children.  All rooms are maximum double occupancy

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
The villas do not have a reception desk however there is a 24 hour security/caretaker on site. At the time of reservation we ask you when you think you will be arriving and our villa manager will be there to greet you.  Our driver will collect you from Samui airport to drive you to the villas and you will be given a complimentary welcome pack at the villa.

Check-In Time:
– Guests may arrive after 1pm.

Check-out time:
Check out is by 11am and any later check out than this is on request only

ROOM CLEANING AND CLEANING FEES

Your villa will be carefully cleaned before your arrival. We do not provide daily cleaning of villas, however your villa will be refreshed every 3 to 4 nights (and twice during week-long stays) . The cleaning of your villa at the end of your stay is included in your total (exit cleaning fee – 700 baht). However any villa having suffered undue wear and tear due to cooking, stains, smoking (which is prohibited) or pets (also prohibited) will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee. This can be from 2000 to 10000 baht depending on the level of cleaning required. Thank you for your understanding.

WIFI/TV
Free MESH WiFi at 100mbps is provided and each television will have a full TV package.

PARKING
The villa has free off road parking for both motorbikes and car.

SMOKING
Guests are strictly permitted to smoke outside only.

PETS
Out of respect for all guests, pets are not permitted at the villas.

DEPOSITS, DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Guest(s) will be charged for any significant damages and breakages to the accommodation or its contents and must pay the full cost incurred by the Owner to replace, repair or clean damaged items at the Owner’s discretion.
