- We provide 2 Extra Large fluffy Bath Towels and 2 x Hand Towels per room.
- Each bed is fitted with luscious 5 star hotel grade 300+ threads per cm (not inch!) white cotton sheets along with a comforter blanket and 4 head pillows per bed. The pillows are premium faux goose down in two grades of medium and hard depending on what you prefer.
- We also give you pool towels for use around the terrace area and on the sunbeds (if villa selected has pool and sunbeds)
- Furniture such as sofas and chairs are to the highest of standard, comfort and are regularly cleaned for hygiene

Pool Or Terrace Bliss
- If listings have a pool (either private or shared) we make sure they include a large terrace for your sunbathing use.
- At SVN we insist that all listings have comfortable sunbeds included as standard if a pool use is included with the listing.
- If listings have a pool then we insist that the hosts make sure they are maintained correctly and regularly with minimal chemical usage. Nobody likes heavy chlorine use!
- All pools have multi levels for use of people of all heights (including children).

- All listings have living area that can be cooled by either cassette type hidden ceiling or split wall mounted air conditioning unit. We NEVER use window type air conditioning as they are very noisy and inefficient.
- The brand of air conditioning used in our listed properties is incredibly important which is why we insist that only high quality brands such as Mitsubishi or Daikin are used.
- All aircons use super fast multi directional cooling features and ultra quiet (15-20db)
- All operated by remote control.
